<p>PURPOSE:To suppress a delay time by decomposing a cell quickly when it is not required to await a maximum fluctuation time with respect to the cell fluctuation absorbing device absorbing fluctuation of cell delay caused on an ATM network. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a cell composition state detection means 101 detecting a composing state of a received cell, a cell storage means 103 storing a succeeding cell to a fluctuation absorbing memory 102 sequentially when the received cell is a head cell, and a cell read means 104 reading the cell received before in the fluctuation absorbing memory 102 without awaiting the lapse of the fluctuation absorption time when the received cell is the final cell of plural cells or a head cell of plural succeeding cells or a single cell and giving an instruction of decomposition.</p> |
