By subtracting detection signals from both of these sensors, even when the sensors S1... detect the vibrations on the main body side of the device, the detection signal caused by the vibrations is removed from the detection signal detected by the sensors N1... and the signal dotting the surface of the table glass 1 is detected.</p> |
