<p>PURPOSE:To provide the simply structured and low-priced coordinate input device which can detect absolute coordinates. CONSTITUTION:On the surface of a reference stand 1, fixed points A and B are provided with a fixed distance between, and wire feed-out/take-up mechanisms 11 and 21 are provided while being engaged to these fixed points A and B. The wire feed-out/take-up mechanisms 11 and 21 always lightly atract wries 12 and 22 in arrow directions. A movable point C is provided at the temrinal part of the wires 12 and 22 fed out of the fixed points A and B, and the movable point is loaded on a movable cursor 2. With the move of the movable point C, the lengths of the wires 12 and 22 are changed. Then, on the surface of the reference stand 1, a processor 3 to calculate the coordinate of the movable point C by inputting the detection signal, input mechanism 24 and output mechanism 25 are provided.</p> |
