<p>PURPOSE: To supply a stable power source to a magnetron to prevent damage, by interposing an LC resonance preventing diode between a secondary side coil of a high-voltage transformer for driving the magnetron and a high-voltage capacitor. CONSTITUTION: When a transistor of a switching part is turned on by the output pulse of the PWM control part of voltage control means 300, a current flows in a primary side coil 22 of a transformer 200 to induce voltage in a secondary side coil 26. A current is not flowed in the coil 26, because the voltage is induced in a reverse direction to the diose 62 of LC resonance preventing means 600. Consequently, LC resonance, due to the coil 26 and a capacitor 48, is not generated to eliminate the effect of an LC resonant current on the coil 26, thereby supplying a stable power source to prevent the damage to the magnetron.</p> |
