<p>PURPOSE:To execute deodorization from an odor generating source and to improve working surroundings in a foundry by connecting a deodorizing layer with a gas suction means arranged at the outer part through a gas suction layer and working the gas suction with the gas suction means. CONSTITUTION:By using an organic self-curing mold forming and molding a casting cavity 8 in a prescribed flasks 12, 14 with the organic self-curing molding sand 10, a prescribed molten metal is poured into the casting cavity 8 in the mold to cast a casting product to be aimed. Then, at the time of pouring the prescribed molten metal, e.g. molten cast iron, molten steel, to the organic self-curing mold from a sprue by the ordinary method, the gas is sucked by an outer part means passing through an air hose 34 connected with the gas suction layer 32 at the inside of the upper flask 12 and a lower flask 14 through a ball valve 38 and an air coupler 36. Therefore, the odor or the gas generated in the mold is effectively sucked and removed and the product is casted and by passing through the deodorizing layer 5O filling up an adsorbent 28, the deodorized clean air is discharged to the outer part.</p> |
