PURPOSE: To maintain a vertical vibration resistance and to absorb horizontal load by supporting a damper enclosing a stud by a load carrying plate fixed to the stud clamped to a frame, and pressing down a part of the damper when a horizontal fore is applied to wheel. CONSTITUTION: A coupling member 22 threadedly engaged with a stud 20 is provided in a frame 32 for supporting a roller 42 by a moment arm m1 , and a housing plate 14 is mounted at a bottom plate 12 of an implement 10 together with an external plate 62. A damper 60 is provided through the plate 62 to enclose the stud 20 in the plate 14 and to bump against the plate 18 fixed to the stud 20, and a length m2 of the arm of an edge 64 of the plate 18 is lengthened longer than the m1 . Accordingly, when the roller 42 receives a horizontal force, the stud 20 presses down part of the damper 60, and the horizontal force can be absorbed while maintaining a resistance against the vertical vibration. |
