PURPOSE: To reduce the cost of production and construction of a rubber bearing by forming a flexible wall section and a diaphragm integrally molded into a one piece, and fastening the molding to a partition wall fluid-tight at the middle zone between the wall section and the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION: A liquid-filled activating chamber 4 is separated from a compensation chamber 6 by the partition wall 5. The partition wall 5 is fastened to a supporting mount 1 and has a port 7 to communicate the activating chamber 4 with the compensation chamber 6. A section of the partition wall 5 is formed by a flexible wall 8 to cause decoupling of high- and low-frequency vibrations. The diaphragm 8 sealing the compensation chamber 6 from outside is secured to the supporting mount 1, and the flexible wall 8 and the diaphragm 9 are constructed to integrally and mutually move to form a molding 10. A tightening ring 15 tightly presses the molding 10 to the partition wall 5, and prevents direct fluid exchange between the activating chamber 4 and the compensation chamber 9. Thus, production and construction of the rubber bearing are facilitated with less components. |
