<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the burden and the cost of preparing cards by recording the frequency data corresponding to the frequency displayed on a frequency display section in the data recording display of the prepaid card. CONSTITUTION:A card 1a is prepared and a frequency display section 3 is formed by printing figures showing the all frequency types on the surface of it. When the frequency of a prepaid card 1 is set by the payment of charge or the like, the frequency data corresponding to the set frequency is encoded to a data recording section 2 and a punched hole 31 is punched at the display position corresponding to the set frequency of the frequency display section 3. Then the prepaid card 1 with the frequency set by the processing is issued. Further, figures showing the frequency at the proper intervals are placed to a frequency display section 3. The remaining frequency of the prepaid card 1 can be recognized by punching the punched holes 31 at the display position corresponding to the residual frequency each time the prepaid card 1 is used.</p> |
