PURPOSE:To prevent the exposure of the end of a reinforcing core material and the occurrence of a crack and peeling off to improve the durability of a tire even if wear occurs on a grounding side by making body composing material flow toward the end of a tire contact face of a main body in a vulcanized body, and inclining the lateral end of the reinforcing core material toward the tire contact face through the flow of material. CONSTITUTION:A molded article is molded so that the charging quantity of composing material such as unvulcanized rubber put into the sidepart of a grounding face may be more than the volume of the sidepart of the grounding face of a vulcanizing mold. In the case of vulcanizingly molding by a vulcanizer, when the molded article is inserted into the cavity 10A of a female mold 10, and a male mold 11 is fitted to the female mold 10 and heatingly pressed, the composing material 2 in the sidepart of the grounding face flows toward the fitting faces 12, 13 of the molds 10, 11, namely a tire contact face, and along the cavity side 10B of the female mold. The composing material corresponding to the excessive quantity of the volume of the sidepart of the grounding face moves toward the mold fitting faces 12, 13. The lateral ends 3A, 3B of a reinforcing core material 3 are bent along the cavity side 10B to incline toward the tire contact face 2B to a grounding face 2A. |
