<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a three-dimensional touch probe wherein it eliminates the so-called robing phenomenon that, when a round object is measured, it is not measured as a round one, its accuracy is enhanced and it eliminates a chattering action as well as its vibration-resistant property and its shock-resistant property are excellent. CONSTITUTION:A conical hole 4 is made at the end part of a measuring probe 1 which has been supported axially in the nearly central part so as to be capable of being freely rocked. A ball 10 which has been fixed to the tip of a sliding shaft 9 which always separates a movable contact 11b at a switch 11 from a fixed contact 11c is faced with, and brought into contact with, the conical hole 4; the axial center of the measuring probe 1, the center of the ball 10 and the center of the sliding shaft 9 are arranged in a straight line.</p> |
