PURPOSE:To accurately produce an NC program with high efficiency cutting-out for multi-piece cutting-out laser machining applying a crosspiece width sharing multi-piece cutting-out method without requiring any troublesome job nor a long time. CONSTITUTION:An automatic programming device is used for a laser machining NC program to produce a multi-piece cutting-out laser machining NC program which can take out plural pieces of products from a single sheet of material. A CAM part 11 receives the graphic data showing the shapes of the multi-piece cutting-out laser machining products and produces automatically the laser machining tool locus data from the input graphic data. A crosspiece width shared multi-piece cutting-out arithmetic part 13 receives the laser machining tool locks data from the part 11, sets a laser cutting path which are shared by the products adjacent to each other at least at a single side of each product, and then sets a cutting start point of each laser cutting path at an outside part distant from the material. Then an NC data converting post-processor 15 converts the multi-piece cutting-out data into the NC data. |
