PURPOSE:To prevent the information in a memory medium of an authorized user from being freely used by another read terminals infringing a copyright in regulating the information reading. CONSTITUTION:A memory 11 has a built-in program PG for read regulation, and a read terminal 12 on which the memory 11 is mounted loads and executes the program PG, and discriminating whether or not the memory 11 is legally correspondent to itself. According to the discrimination result, the information reading is enabled or inhibited. |
