<p>PURPOSE:To provide a gas separator in which an abnormal valve is distinguished and specified. CONSTITUTION:Air compressed by a compressor 3 is supplied to adsorption vessels 1 and 2 in the gas separator, hence oxygen molecule is adsorbed, and gaseous nitrogen is supplied to a product tank 20. Pressure switches 24, 25 and 26 are provided respectively to the adsorption vessels 1 and 2 and the product tank 20, the detection signals from the pressure switches 24, 25 and 26 are combined by a monitoring device 27 to distinguish the abnormality of the air feed valves 8 and 9, exhaust valves 13 and 14, discharge valves 18 and 19 and equalizer valve 22, and the abnormal valve is specified.</p> |
