<p>PURPOSE:To keep the concn. of the product easy-to-adsorb gaseous component high and to recover the component with high efficiency by communicating a high-pressure adsorption tower after the adsorption stage with a low-pressure adsorption tower after the reduced-pressure recovery stage at the rear part, increasing the pressure of a difficult-to-adsorb gaseous component by the inter- tower transfer and increasing the pressure of the leaving gas to atmospheric pressure in the low-pressure adsorption tower. CONSTITUTION:A low-pressure adsorption tower 6a in the inter-tower transfer stage is communicated with a high-pressure adsorption tower 6c by opening valves 9a and 9c, and the nitrogen staying in the adsorption tower 6c is introduced into the adsorption tower 6a and increased in pressure. A countercurrent pressure increasing stage is then conducted in the adsorption tower 6a, the valves 14c and 9a are opened, and the leaving gas is continuously introduced into the adsorption tower 6a from the adsorption tower 6c to increase the pressure in the tower. As a result, the intra-tower flow velocity of the raw gas is kept low in the succeeding adsorption stage, and the leakage of the easy-to- adsorb component is prevented.</p> |
