<p>PURPOSE:To make the reprocessing of a plastic product easily by press feeding the oriented plastic product to heating rollers with its surface temperature controlled to the given temperature and processing molten plastic off the heating roller surfaces in a manner of stripping. CONSTITUTION:In the case of reusing an oriented plastic product or wastes generated during the manufacturing process of said product, the plastic product is fed into a hopper 1 while being pressed to heating rollers 2 and 3 by the rotation of protruded lines 13 and 14 geared with each other. The heating rollers 2 and 3 are provided with, for instance, induction coils inside, by which the voltage is applied to generate an alternate magnetic flux for heating, and its heat temperature is selected in compliance with the plastic product to be processed. The plastic product pressed to the heating rollers 2 and 3 is melted, formed into a film and moved, and during said movement, the plastic product is dropped on the surfaces of heating rollers by being brought into contact with scratching pieces 4 and recovered in a receiver tank 5.</p> |
