The closure ring has on the bottom and/or lid side a flanged region (11) angled parallel to the lid (3) and/or base. On the outside it has an outwardly inclined angled collar (12). The clip region (13) is reinforced by embossed, bead-like radial grooves (5) which engage over the lid edge (30) and bead (20). The distance (SA) between the grooves corresponds to one to two times the outer dia.(SD) of the grooves. The collar is slit radially to the hollow body, and the slits (7) extend vertically between the grooves so that individual flaps (9) are formed between the slits. USE/ADVANTAGE - For transporting dangerous fluids, ensuring secure closure and sealing but easy opening by a simple tool, e.g.a screw driver.
