摘要 |
The process for preparing ginseng tea by use of juice from fresh ginseng comprises: (1) grinding washed fresh ginseng by use of grinder to 100-150 mesh; (2) obtaining juice by pressing from fresh ginseng by centrifuge with filtration sieve of 100-150 mesh; (3) mixing juice from fresh ginseng with corn syrup in the ratio of 1:1, and homogenizing under the 150 kg/cm2 pressure; (4) high- temperature short-time sterilizing homogenized juice at 115 deg.C for 5 second; (5) spray drying sterilized fresh ginseng slurry in spray dryer monentarily, granulating, and packaging.
