<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of culturing the protoplast of Cyclamen persicum. CONSTITUTION:A method for culturing the protoplast of Cyclamen persicum comprising obtaining the protoplast from the liquid cultured cells of the Cyclamen persicum cultured in a liquid medium containing picrolum and subsequently culturing the obtained protoplast is characterized in that the growth stage of the liquid cultured cells is in the logarithmic growth phase, and a method for culturing the protoplast of the Cyclamen persicum is characterized by culturing the protoplast of the Cyclamen persicum in a medium containing 8p basic medium components and containing 0.1-10ppm of the picrolum and 0.1-100ppm of zeatin.</p> |
