<p>PURPOSE:To provide a simple and effective method for sealing a mushroom cultivation bag widely used in the culture of Cortinellus shiitake, Grifola frondosa, etc. CONSTITUTION:A nutritious medium 5 for the cultivation of mushroom mycelia is filled in a bag 1 made of a plastic film and having a germ-shielding porous sheet 4 at a part of the side face. The plastic films are put together at the upper part of the bag 1, the overlapped part is folded several times and the folded part 2 is pierced with a hot needle to melt the plastic film around the pierced part 6.</p> |
