<p>PURPOSE:To improve responsiveness by driving each suction and delivery valve, arranged in each suction and delivery port of communicating with pump space partitioned by a bellows in a housing, by piezoelectric elements in accordance with various conditions, so that each valve can be opened and closed in the arbitrary optimum timing. CONSTITUTION:In a bellows pump 10, a driving means 20 is reciprocatably supported in the inside of a housing 14. A bellows 18 is arranged by fixing respectively its both ends to the housing 14 and the driving means 20, thus to partition pump space 19 inside the housing 14. Further, suction and delivery ports 34, 35 of respectively communicating with the pump space 19 are formed in the housing 14. Suction and delivery valves 36, 37, driven respectively by each piezoelectric element 38, 39, are arranged in the suction and delivery ports 34, 35. In this way, in accordance with a pressure condition of the pump space 19, delivery pressure of the delivery port 35, delivery fluid temperature, rotational speed of the driving means 20, etc., the suction and delivery valves 36, 37 are driven to be opened and closed by the arbitrary optimum timing to improve responsivenes.</p> |
