<p>PURPOSE:To effectively perform the oxidizing absorption of gaseous SO2 in flue gas by alternatively installing a multistage nozzle pipe for vapor-liquid contact reaction and an oxygen injection pipe for oxidizing absorption reaction in an absorber. CONSTITUTION:Flue gas contg. gaseous SO2 is introduced into an absorber 1 from an introducing pipe 2 in the lower part and a liquid absorbent R to which oxygen is fed by a blower 4 is sprayed through a circulating pump 5 from nozzle pipes 6 installed in stages in several places in the upper part of the absorber 1. And an oxygen injection pipe 7 penetrates into the intermediate part between the nozzle pipes 6. And exhaust gas G is given vapor-liquid contact reaction with the liquid absorbent R from the nozzle pipe 6 of the lowest stage in the 1st reaction part (a) and simultaneously oxidative absorption reaction also takes place by oxygen in the exhaust gas. Thus, the exhaust gas G successively rises in the absorber 1 to oxidatively absorb the gaseous SO2.</p> |
