摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To achieve an arbitrary boiling-up temperature and boiling-up hot water amount with high efficiency by a method wherein high temperature hot water taken out from the top part of a hot water storage tank is injected downward from the upper part of the hot water storage tank and hot water is boiled up while only an upper part than a depth to which injected high temperature hot water is raised is agitated. CONSTITUTION:After cold water is fed in a hot water storage tank 10 through a feed water pipe 11, a heater 14 is energized and by running a pump 21, water in the hot water storage tank 10 is boiled up. Intake of a part of high temperature hot water to a circulation passage 20 is effected and high temperature hot water is injected downward through a nozzle 23. In this case, a velocity of flow V of high temperature hot water is decided by means of a flow rate, i.e., a circulation amount Q, of the pump 21. Depth (h) to which a jet (v) of high temperature hot water is jetted is a function of a velocity of flow (v). In which case, in the hot water storage tank 10, a boundary region K separated by an arrival depth (h) forms a boundary surface, and a high temperature area A and a cold water area B are formed above and below the boundary surface. Further, by controlling a circulation amount Q through regulation of a flow rate of the pump 21, the arrival depth (h) is controlled and a current quantity of boiled up hot water is steplessly controlled.</p>
