PURPOSE:To perform a demand control adapted for home and a factory by calculating used power values of respective loads based on a difference of total used power values before and after interruptions of the respective loads, comparing a difference between a set power value and present total used power value with the used power values of the respective loads, and restarting one or a plurality of the loads in a range of the difference according to a priority order. CONSTITUTION:Power detecting means and restart control means are provided in a demand controller. Power detecting means calculates used power values of loads 1, 2, 3 based on differences of the total used power values of the loads 1, 2, 3 before and after interruptions of the loads 1, 2, 3. Then, after power supplies to the loads 1, 2, 3 are interrupted according to the set priority order, the restart control means compares a difference between the power value set according to the used power value of the load detected by the power detecting means and the present total used power value with the used power values of the respective loads 1, 2, 3. Further, the restart control means restarts the one or the plurality of loads 1, 2, 3 within the difference between the set power value and the present total used power value according to the priority order. |
