PURPOSE:To stabilize by suppressing a torsional shaft vibration together with power fluctuation of a synchronous generator under the control of an exciting voltage. CONSTITUTION:A power system stabilizer uses a signal obtained by adding an output signal from an amplifier.phase regulator which receives a difference signal (omegaG-omegaT) between a rotating speed (omegaG) at a generator terminal of a turbine generator shaft system and a rotating speed (omegaT) at a high pressure turbine terminal to an effective power (Pe) signal of a synchronous generator. |
