Further, The device is provided with an upper and lower limit determination processing program 160 selecting one which has high similarity with the recognized frequency patterns among the plural frequency standard patterns stored in the frequency standard pattern table 150, converting the threshold fixed for this frequency pattern into the value corresponding to the input range of the input data and setting this as a limit value. |
