PURPOSE:To enhance silver migration properties, in a laminated sheet wherein metal foils are integrally arranged to the upper and under surfaces of a resin impregnated nonwoven fabric, by specifying unit wt. index of the nonwoven fabric represented by [nonwoven fabric unit wt./laminated sheet thickness]. CONSTITUTION:The nonwoven fabric of a resin impregnated nonwoven fabric is made of an inorg. fiber such as a glass fiber or a ceramic fiber, an org. fiber such as a vinyl alcohol fiber or a polyimlde fiber or a natural fiber such as cotton or composed of paper or the like and the unit wt. index thereof represented by [nonwoven fabric unit wt./laminated sheet thickness] must be 30-85. As a metal foil, a copper foil, an aluminum foil or an iron foil is used alone and an alloy foil and a composite foil are also used. If necessary, an adhesive layer can be provided to the single surface of the metal foil. |
