<p>PURPOSE:To provide a slanted pipe capable of stilling flow of fluid by making a part of the surface of inorganic fine particles with a specific particle diameter exposed from the inner periphery wall surface. CONSTITUTION:Inorganic fine particle bodies 6 fall-supplied on non-woven fabric 5 from a hopper are for example quartz sands of 8-90 meshes in its average particle diameter. Into the glass fiber wrapped on the quartz sands 6, unsaturated polyester resin is impregnated and the quartz sands 6 is sandwiched between the glass fiber and the non-woven fabric 5 to thus form a fiber reinforced synthetic resin layer by the reinforcing fiber 8 and non-woven fabric 5. The forming material wrapped therearound is heated and hardened in a curing furnace and in the innermost layer, a fiber reinforced synthetic resin inner layer 13 retained by the non-woven fabric 5 and reinforcing fiber 8 is formed, wherein two third of a great number of quartz sands 6 used is buried and one third of the remains is exposed in a part of the surface from the inner peripheral wall surface 14. In the pipe inner peripheral surface, unevenness is formed by the exposed inorganic fine particles, with result that flow power of fluid can be stilled at all times.</p> |
