PURPOSE:To dispense with the construction of a dedicated control line for transmitting load control signals to a load controller from a master station unit and to constitute a central load controller easily at a low cost. CONSTITUTION:A central load controller is constituted of a master station unit 1 transmitting load control signals provided with a specific control code when the need of load control arises, a switching office 2 relaying the load control signals from the master station unit 1, an adapter 21 placing the load control signals from the switching office 2 on a distribution line 9 and a load controller 20 receiving the load control signals from the distribution line 9 and deciding on whether the load controller 21 is a specific control system of the load control signals or not and making on and off control to the distribution line 9 of load 4 in accordance with a decision result, and the distribution line 9 is used for a transmission line to make unnecessary the construction of a dedicated control line. |
