<p>PURPOSE:To provide a plant operation supporting device for estimating the cause of abnormal trend of a plant and informing an operator of a running operation method or a safe operation method for resetting the abnormal trend before the plant data reaches an alarm point. CONSTITUTION:A plant operation supporting device comprises a data collecting means 4 for automatically collecting the running plant data 1 at the same load during fixed time required for stabilizing the plant condition at an arbitrary load during the operation of the plant, a judgement processing means for comparing the plant data 1 with the plant reference data at the load to judge the abnormal trend, a cause diagnosis deriving means 8 for deriving a cause concerning an item judged to be an abnormal trend and an operation supporting guidance output means 9 for outputting a corresponding operation message for an abnormal cause and an operation guidance. The plant data 1 when fixed time elapsed at a certain load is compared with the plant reference data 5 at the load to estimate what the cause is if the difference is above an allowance, and the optimum operation guidance is output, so that a plant operator conducts the operation corresponding to the operation guidance output.</p> |
