The present invention relates to a cell-free DNA capture platform using a conductive polymer. More specifically, the present invention relates to the use of a planar or nano platform comprising a surface-modified conductive polymer for capturing and isolating cell-free DNA, the present invention allowing cell-free DNA comprising circulating-tumor DNA (ctDNA) and the like to be effectively captured and isolated.
