PURPOSE:To reduce an installation space by a method wherein a green tire loader is traveled on a rail disposed along a plurality of tire vulcanizing machines, a green tire loading part and a mold stock part are disposed in proximity to the rail, and a mold transporting part is installed to the lower surface of the boom of the loader. CONSTITUTION:A loader 2 is traveled along a loop-form rail 15 fixed to a plurality of tire vulcanizing machines 1. The loader 2 can be stopped at the center of the vulcanizing machine 1, a position for holding a green tire 3, and a position for hanging upper and lower molds 4 using a sensor. The loader 2 is stopped at the center of the vulcanizing machine 1, the green tire 3 is put into the vulcanizing machine 1, set to a lower mold 4a of the vulcanizing machine 1 to be vulcanized. The lower mold 4a is transported from a stock part by a mold transporting hook installed to the lower surface of the boom of the loader 2. In this manner, the mold 4 can be easily attached to or detached from the vulcanizing machine 1. In this construction, the number of loaders 2 for several vulcanizing machines 1 can be reduced. The need for a forklift is also eliminated. Thus, an installation space can be reduced. |
