<p>PURPOSE:To attain the simplification of the structure of a device and reduction in manufacturing cost by making the installation of a pair of auxiliary carrying rollers on the downstream side of a pair of carrying rollers unnecessary by allowing a sheet to standby without any trouble in a first state and surely carrying the sheet in a second state. CONSTITUTION:Holding pressure adjusting means (a cam mechanism 53, spring members 55 and 56, etc.) are provided. Normally, the holding pressure adjusting means adjusts a pair of the carrying rollers 51 into the first state where sheet holding pressure by a pair of the carrying rollers 51 is comparatively low so as to slip the temporarily stopped sheet ST and a pair of the carrying rollers 51. When the temporary stopping of the sheet ST is released and then, it is carried, a pair of the carrying rollers 51 are adjusted to the second state where the sheet holding pressure is comparatively strong so as to surely carry the sheet ST.</p> |
