<p>PURPOSE:To improve heat treatability for paper to be used for making packing bags for hamburgers or the like by a method wherein a filling layer having non-applied permeable parts is applied and formed over the surface of oilproof paper, and a laminated nonwoven fabric layer is stuck with adhesive agent to the oilproof paper through the filling layer. CONSTITUTION:A filling layer (b) is formed by applying nitrocellulosic resin entirely at the interval of approximately 1mm over oilproof paper (a), that is made by making wood-free paper filled with oil repellent, by employing a gravure plate in the plate depth of approximately 40mu in a gridiron layout with gratings each measuring 3mm square. Then a laminated nonwoven fabric layer (c) consisting of a polypropylene nonwoven fabric layer 3, a pulpous tissue layer 2 and a rayon nonwoven fabric layer 1 is laminated over the filling layer (b) through a polyurethane adhesive (c). By employing the laminated sheet made up by the method as mentioned above, packing bags for hamburgers are made.</p> |
