PURPOSE:To provide an aqueous solution composition which is stable even in a low concentration as an iodine insecticide, gives a weak acidic pH when diluted, and is safe in its handlings. CONSTITUTION:The antibacterial.antifungal aqueous solution composition is characterized by adding an amino acid in an amount of 0.1-5 times that of iodine monoidide to an aqueous solution containing the iodine monoiodide. The composition has a comparable antibacterial and antifungal force, without being foamed, with conventional iodine germicides, and is stable. The composition exhibits a weak acidic pH of 4-7, when diluted in an concentration used, and the safety of the composition is excellent in its handlings. |
