PURPOSE:To provide an illumination control device by an optical signal. CONSTITUTION:A constitution is provided such that an adapter 2 mounted on a hooking rossete 1 is inserted to a recessed part 4 of a lighting equipment 3 to supply power thereto. An optical signal transmitting means 5 by an optical fiber provided in the hooking rossete 1 is optically coupled with an optical signal transmitting means 6 provided in the adapter 2, and an optical terminal 7 of the optical signal transmitting means 6 provided in the adapter 2 is optically coupled to an optical signal transmitting means 8 provided in the lighting equipment 3. Illumination control by an optical signal can be performed, and misoperation by an electromagnetic noise can be prevented, to also provide ability to perform complicated control. The lighting equipment 3 is neatly mounted on a ceiling A so as to be placed in a surface-mounting type. |
