PURPOSE:To prevent unnecessary operations of the apparatuses for protecting an interconnection when there are few loads in a consumer, by switching off a switch for the interconnection of a distributed type power supply system only when the specific operating conditions of an inverter are fulfilled. CONSTITUTION:A first control circuit 25 receives an UP preventing signal from a transducer 24 and a gate blocking command signal from a second UPR 23. The first control circuit 25 performs an inverter gate block under the AND condition comprising these signals and the fact that an inverter 12 is in an operating state. A second control circuit 28 receives the operating signal from a #1 UPR 18 of a first system and the operating signal from a #2 UPR 23 of a second system. The second control circuit 28 decides the lack of an electric power under the AND condition comprising these signals and the fact that the inverter 12 is in the operating state, and switches off a ctt 9 at an interconnection point. Thereby, even though the operating capacity of a load power in a consumer is in the operating regions of the UPR's 18, 23 when a distributed generating system is not operated, an unnecessary inverter gate block and an unnecessary trip at an interconnection point can be prevented. |
