The spring system has a tensioning means (4) which can be flexible struts or similar, alternatively rigid rods with elastic bearings arranged in airstream direction (A,B). The fixing of current collection shoes (16,18), are respectively diagonally jointed, selectively torsionally stiff or rigid. The tensioning means are swept back seen from above. The cross centring in the direction (D) of the rocker frame (2) is carried out by separate components, namely tension and compression means and guide.
