The initial water extraction zone is set between a tensioning roller at the delivery point and a vertically-adjustable belt deflection roller. A sliding build-up roller is in front of the belt deflection roller. USE/ADVANTAGE - The assembly is for the processing and water extraction of sludge such as pulp and mash. The material is given an intensive handling to release the container water for easier extraction.
