This device enables to do a live-line work more safely without an interruption of electric power during the cut out switch exchanging or an urgency electric trouble restoration work. The device comprises a line holder (A) which attaches a bypass line and performs a function to guarantee a work space, a line connector (B) which has a function connecting an original line to a prepared dividing ring, and a head connector (C) which has a function connecting to a bushing head of transformer.
