PURPOSE:To provide a mold for injection molding in which the alignment of a male cutter is ensured. CONSTITUTION:Four projected stripes 63 are installed on a stationary sleeve 55, and openings 71 with a width almost equal to that of the projected stripe 63 are installed at four positions on an ejector sleeve 65. Since the projected stripe 63 is connected to the opening 71 and the ejector sleeve slides on the inner surface of the stationary sleeve 55 along the projected stripe 63, the the ejector sleeve 55 is aligned correctly. Since a male cutter 79, which is engaged with the ejector sleeve 65 from inside, slides on a series of a cylindrically curved surface, which is formed by the projected stripe 63 and the inner surface of the ejector sleeve 65, the male cutter is aligned correctly by the projected stripe 63. Since the ejector sleeve 65 and the male cutter 79 slide whith their alignment kept correctly, troubles caused by defective alignment is eliminated. |
