PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for extraction such as a filter for extracting a beverage having high mechanical suitability at the time of production; a filter for extraction that is produced by using such the sheet for extraction and is excellent in handling properties; and the like.SOLUTION: A sheet for extraction has a layer formed of a melt-blown nonwoven fabric that is formed of a fiber of a polylactic acid resin having a degree of crystallinity of 9.0% or less and a fiber diameter of 15.0 μm or less, and has a basis weight of 2.0-30.0 g/m, a layer formed of a spun-bonded nonwoven fabric that is formed of a fiber of a polylactic acid resin having a degree of crystallinity of 30.0-60.0% and a fiber diameter of 35.0 μm or less; and has a basis weight of 5.0-30.0 g/m, and has bending hysteresis of 5.0×10to 14.5×10gf cm/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
