The appts. instrument (7) and headrest support (8) are coupled to a base (3) and linked together by a leverage for swivelling on the base. The table-shaped instrument support swivels on a support arm (5) pivotally linked to the base. It is also coupled to a link arm (12) on the headrest support. The instrument support has a guide path (15) for a slidable guide member (14) of the headrest support. Pref. the guide path is fitted to the underside of the instrument support. ADVANTAGE - Easy motion of the instrument support, without risk of collision with headrest support.
