<p>PURPOSE:To produce a golf club which is free from an uncomfortable feel by dazzle by applying a high-hardness semibright or non-bright platiang film on the face surface of a metallic head made of Al. CONSTITUTION:The dispersion plating film consisting of Ni-P-alpha.SiC, Ni-alpha.SiC, Ni-P-beta.SiC, Ni-beta.SiC, Ni-P-BN, Ni-BN, Ni-P-Al2O3 or Ni-Al2O3 is formed on the surface of a material to be plated by suspending alpha.SiC, beta.SiC, BN or Al2O3 as a dispersion material into a plating liquid. The film is so formed that the codeposition amt. in the case of using the alpha.SiC, beta.SiC or Al2O3 as the dispersion material attains 3 to 30% area rate and the codeposition amt. in the case of using the BN as the dispersion material attains 1 to 30% area rate. This dispersion plating film has high hardness and is semibright or non-bright and, therefore, has no dazzle (daze). The flawing of the face is thus prevented.</p> |
