PURPOSE:To prevent the transfer of a plasticizer to a polycarbonate resin, to prevent the stress corrosion cracking and to simplify a production process by laminating an acrylic film to an adhesive layer and continuously laminating a vinyl chloride resin film on the acrylic film using a laminating roll. CONSTITUTION:When a vinyl chloride resin film is laminated on a polycarbonate resin sheet, the polycarbonate resin sheet 8 from an extruder 1 for molding a polycarbonate resin into a sheet form is passed through the nip of polishing rolls 3. An acrylic resin film 9 with a thickness of 10mum or more is continuously laminated on the sheet 8 as an adhesive layer using an adhesive layer laminating roll 6. Subsequently, the vinyl chloride resin film is continuously laminated on the acrylic resin film 9 using a film laminating roll 7.
