发明名称 METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING ACCURACY IN ASSEMBLAGE
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize efficient noncontact measurement of split or surface level difference between members, e.g. between a vehicle body member and an assembling member or between adjacent assembling members, at a matching point in an assembly line with no limitation on the shape of the member. CONSTITUTION:A robot located on the side of an assembly line is provided with a measuring apparatus 14 comprising a laser light emitting body 14a and a CCD camera 14b wherein adjacent members 4, 9 irradiated with one- dimensional laser light traversing a matching point B to be measured from the laser light emitting body 14a and the irradiated states are read out by means of the CCD camera 14b. A control unit determines a pixel at a reference point based on a detection signal from the CCD camera 14b and then determines a split DA and a surface difference DB between both members 4, 9 through operation based on the pixel thus determined.</p>
