PURPOSE:To produce a rubber molded item without occurrence of voids in a product while preventing the deformation and breakage of a fitment to be inserted. CONSTITUTION:A fitment 40 to be inserted is set in a cavity 14 of a mold 16. A rubber 42 is injected from a rubber injection port 20. Thereafter, the mold 16 is clamped by pressurizing clamping hot platens 18A, 18B. The rubber is vulcanized by heating the mold for a predetermined time at a predetermined temperature through the hot platens 18A, 18B. When the detection pressure of a pressure sensor 24 detecting a pressure in the cavity exceeds a reference value a fluid cylinder 30 retracts a slide pin 28 through a pressure measuring device 32 and a pressure regulator 34 for keeping the pressure in the cavity 14 constant. Therefore, there is no possibility that the fitment 40 deforms or breaks and a rubber molded item can be produced without occurrence of voids. |
