<p>Novel compounds of general formula (I), wherein R1 is selected from alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, arylalkoxy, alkylthio and alkenylthio; R2 is selected from halogen, hydroxy, alkyl, alkoxy, alkenyloxy, alkylthio, alkenylthio, alkylamino, trifluoromethyl, cyano, nitro, alkylsulfinyl, alkylsulfonyl and acyl; R?3 and R4¿ either independently represent alkyl or alkenyl, or R?3 and R4¿ are interconnected to form a heterocyclic system with the nitrogen atom, optionally containing one or more additional heteroatoms; and physiologically acceptable salts thereof, their use as therapeutical substances, especially as urination controlling agents, their use for preparing a urination controlling medicament, pharmaceutical compositions containing them, and methods for preparing the novel compounds.</p> |
