APPARATUS FOR RECOVERY OF SHORT WAITING TIME DATA AND SYNCHRONIZING METHOD OF MESSAGE DATA

PURPOSE: To provide a method and device for restoring serial digital data in a reception equipment operated asynchronously with a transmission equipment. CONSTITUTION: The short-wait time restoration device provides an instability resisting latch which synchronizes a receiver in the one-clock time and can be adapted to a high-speed transmission message coming from a mutual connection network or an interface cable. This synchronizing method gives consistency to each input message and can immediately respond to back-to-back messages from different sources. Synchronization in the reception equipment is executed by a clock system which is operated with the same frequency as input data and generates N clocks whose phases are shifted from one another. These N clocks are shifted by an approximately same extent. This device purposes to select one clock best synchronized with input serial data from these N clocks to correctly receive the message.
