PRODUCTION OF GOLF CLUB HEAD

摘要

PURPOSE:To reduce the weight of the golf club head which has a good casting surface on its inside surface and can be reduced in thickness. CONSTITUTION:The head is divided to a face side head part 1 having a preform made of a reinforcing material and a rear surface side head part 6, respectively, and is cast by using movable metallic cores. The face side head part 1 and the rear surface side head part 6 are then integrally joined to each other by welding.
