<p>PURPOSE:To constitute the fire-proof applicated pipe consisting of packed and laminated layers of rock wool materials in such a manner that exceedingly higher fire-proof safety standards are attained by pressing refractory putty members by the screw rod operation from the outside of an iron pipe, thereby forming a hermetic refractory putty layer within this iron pipe. CONSTITUTION:A plate pressing mechanism which holds the refractory putty members 5 replacing the lower step layer of the packed and laminated layers of the rock wool materials in the iron pipe 1 by means of upper and lower disks 6, 7 and is equipped with the operating screew rods 17 for pressing the putty members 5 by means of the upper disk 6 lowered when the head parts 14 are operated from the outside of the pipe 1 is set in the iron pipe 1 with its upper and lower mouth edges as stopper edges and the upper packed and laminated layers Z are pressed and packed on the upper disk 6, by which the refractory putty layer is formed within the pipe 1 on descending of the upper disk 6 when the screew rods 17 are operated.</p> |
